REGISTRATION

Any boy age 7 – 21 is eligible to become a member of the Boys’ Club of New York.

All members, returning and new, must complete a registration form to attend BCNY for the Fall Cycle. Parents/guardians must submit completed registration packets to Clubhouse Registrars in person. Incomplete or partial registration forms will not be accepted.

FALL 2018 REGISTRATION

The first day of the 2018 Fall Cycle is Monday, September 17.
Please note that registration dates and times to register vary by clubhouse.
Parents/Guardians must submit the following to register:

  • A completed registration form
    Registration forms are available for download below or can be picked up from your clubhouse registrar
  • A copy of a birth certificate or valid passport
  • $5 – check, money order or cash

Please note: Report cards must be submitted by all members to the Registrars by the end of November.

POLICIES

  • Eligible Ages

    To register at Abbe Clubhouse and Gerry Clubhouse, new members must be in 2nd grade as of September 2018 and at least 7 years old.

    To register at Harriman Clubhouse, new members must be in 3rd grade as of September 2018 and at least 8 years old.

    Boys maybe be as old as 21 to register for BCNY programs.

  • School Holiday Closures

    BCNY is closed when NYC public schools are closed during the school year for regularly scheduled breaks and during unexpected closures due to weather.

  • Attendance Policy

    Registered members ages 12 and under are expected to attend BCNY a minimum of 3 days a week.

    Members who cannot meet these expectations may have their membership reviewed or suspended.
